Finding weed in Changuu is hard, due to the harsh drug laws in Indonesia, but it isn’t impossible. There are many surfers, backpackers, and party people in general in Changuu, so there is a lot of weed being smoked. You will need to be very careful and ask around in hostels, especially the staff. There are no guarantees that you’ll find anything, however, and the quality is often not great.
